It's not easy being green.

My roommates and I pride ourselves on being very eco-friendly. Obama and my environmental science professor would be proud. We set the heat back, and wear sweatshirts to keep warm, open the windows when it is nice outside, we are careful of our water useage and never leave the lights on in our home.

But, we have a skeleton in our closet...or, pantry, I should say.

In our attempts to be friendly to the environment, and to not waste our diminishing resources,we have never thrown away a plastic bag. Ever.

So, since we moved into this particular apartment in August, we have saved every single bag, and stuffed it in our pantry. We even took the initiative to stuff the bags into giant trash bags. There are at least four giant trash bags stuffed to the brim with plastic bags.

Avalanche!

It's getting to be a little ridiculous. I really don't know what we're going to do with all of these bags.
